Production process: from raw materials to finished products

The production of glass bottles originates from simple raw materials: quartz sand, soda ash and limestone. These raw materials are mixed and sent into a high-temperature furnace to melt into a uniform glass liquid at about 1500℃. Subsequently, the glass liquid is shaped by blowing or pressing to form the basic outline of the bottle.After being formed, the bottles undergo an annealing process to eliminate internal stress and increase their strength, before being quality inspected, cleaned and packaged to ensure that the product is defect-free before finally being put on the market.
